- Orders made with a cash on delivery payment method can only be paid in cash (with the exact amount) and are valid for orders over 20 euros destined for the Iberian Peninsula (Spain and Portugal) and will carry a surcharge of 4% + 2 euros, the minimum surcharge payable being 3 euros. Using this payment method, orders of up to €300 maximum will be accepted.

All prices shown in the product list are with taxes included as long as the shipment is made to a country in the European Union. It will be tax-free in the rest.

In relation to the Value Added Tax, as a general rule the tax rate of 21% will be applied to the territory of the European Union where this tax is applicable. All those companies belonging to countries of the European Union except Spain and that are registered as intra-community operator will be exempt from paying this tax. The rest of the countries in the world do not charge VAT, however, the customs systems of each country apply the corresponding tax burdens.

In Spain and Portugal (Peninsula) we are delivering the vast majority of orders within 24 hours / 48 business hours, understanding that Saturdays, Sundays and holidays are not considered business days. It is important to have a flexible delivery schedule and that there is someone at the destination address who can pick up and, if applicable, make payment. The delivery of the orders will be made by Najarad, SL through a transport agency designated by it and can be delivered in several packages and from different addresses of origin of the shipment.

Orders will be delivered to the address designated by the buyer, therefore, Najarad, SL does not assume any responsibility when delivery cannot be made as a result of the data provided being inaccurate or incomplete, due to the absence of the recipient, etc. Without prejudice to the foregoing, Najarad, SL will adopt the measures required of a diligent merchant so that delivery can be made as soon as possible, to the satisfaction of both the sender and the recipient.

If the delivery of the order cannot be carried out, for any reason beyond the control of Najarad, SL, and the package is returned to our warehouses by the transport agency, we will park it until the customer claims it and if they want us to send it again, they will have an additional cost of €9.00, due to the extra costs generated by the return, which will be added to the cost of the order and which will be charged on delivery according to the conditions described above about that payment method.
If the order is sent to an address where we cannot deliver (for example shipping to the Canary Islands), this order will be returned to us, or we will request that it be returned to us, and we will refund the order by deducting €9.00 from the amount. to be returned as expenses generated by handling and shipping.

For shipments to destinations outside the EU, the shipment may be inspected at customs and the customer may have to pay the corresponding customs costs.

HOW CAN I MAKE AN EXCHANGE or RETURN?

Consumers who place orders online have the same legal and consumer protections as purchases made in traditional markets. A period of 15 calendar days is established from receipt to request an exchange or return.

To make any exchange or return, it is essential that it be made with the products in perfect condition, without having been used and with the original packaging.

The change will be made directly and completely free of charge.

When returning, the store will collect the product you want to return, but they will NOT make the return, but will manage it with the headquarters so that it is done within a maximum period of 7 calendar days. We are very sorry that you will not be able to exchange or return your online order at the BIKILA stores in Avilés, Bilbao, Canary Islands, Girona, Palencia or Gijón.

The customer can directly send us the product(s) they wish to return to BIKILA, Avda. Donostiarra, 2 - 28027 Madrid by their own means and assuming the costs of said return.

Remember that you must wrap and protect the products to be returned with packaging paper, a bag, or by any other means , so that neither the product nor the shoe box is damaged. If the product (including the original box in the case of sneakers) does not come properly wrapped and is damaged during the process, we will not accept the return and we may refuse to deliver the product or we will inform you of this and apply a charge of €6 per packaging renewal.
